GARDEN BUILD PROGRAM

Our gardens are inexpensive, promote community involvement,
encourage respect for our delicate planet, act as outdoor
classrooms, cheer up school campuses, and promote thoughtful
and healthy eating habits!

Our Curriculum

Our K-12 Garden Ranger curriculum is engaging, fun, and interactive. Utilizing the garden, students learn about a wide array of topics, from learning how to care for an organic garden, to learning about the importance of pollinators. Our STEM-based curriculum has been developed over the years to cater to our program and to all our students. Lessons are grade-appropriate and also follow current academic standards.

Our Rangers

All our Garden Rangers are trained and vetted by EnrichLA, according to all LAUSD standards. Our Garden Rangers have the skills and experience to provide schools with an amazing garden program.

Maintenance

Through our program, our Garden Rangers are responsible for maintaining the garden space throughout the school year and during summer. EnrichLA provides all the tools and materials for the program. EnrichLA also troubleshoots any issues with the drip irrigation system and garden.
