This privacy policy applies to SMS communications sent by Enrich LA (enrichla.org) in connection with the Ranger Rover garden program.

 

Voluntary Participation

Providing your mobile phone number is entirely optional. You are not required to provide a mobile number to use the Ranger Rover app, receive garden program services, or participate in the Garden Rangers program in any way.

Information We Collect
We collect names, email addresses, and mobile phone numbers provided directly by program participants, school staff, and garden rangers through program enrollment, staff onboarding agreements, and school partnership forms.

How We Use Your Information
Your mobile number is used solely to send SMS notifications related to the Enrich LA garden program, including site visit coordination, scheduling updates, and program announcements.

Non-Sharing of Mobile Numbers
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your mobile phone number to any third party for their marketing purposes. Mobile numbers are never shared with outside organizations.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive periodic messages related to garden program updates, scheduling, and coordination. There is no set frequency — messages are sent only when relevant program information needs to be communicated.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier if you are unsure about your plan's SMS and data rates.

 

Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.
