Enrich LA SMS Terms and Conditions

Program
These terms apply to SMS communications sent by Enrich LA in connection with the Ranger Rover school garden program.

​

Voluntary Participation

Providing a mobile phone number is entirely optional. Program participants, staff, and school contacts are not required to provide a mobile number to participate in the Ranger Rover program or receive Enrich LA garden program services.

Who May Receive Messages
SMS messages are sent only to individuals who have an established relationship with Enrich LA through the school garden program — including garden rangers, school staff, principals, and program contacts — and who have provided their mobile number directly to Enrich LA through program enrollment, onboarding, or school partnership agreements.

Message Content
Messages may include garden site visit coordination, scheduling updates, program announcements, chore reminders, and general program communications. Messages will always identify Enrich LA as the sender.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on program activity. We will not send unsolicited or excessive messages.

​

Costs
Enrich LA does not charge for SMS communications. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

​

Opt-Out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all future messages. You will receive one confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. No further messages will be sent after that point. Reply START to re-subscribe.

Limitation of Liability
Enrich LA is not responsible for any delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by mobile carriers or technical issues outside our control.

Changes to These Terms
Enrich LA reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
